Kaiyin Li is a visual artist, a performance maker, and a fashion enthusiast.
In 2023, she completed her undergraduate degree in filmmaking at the Xi'an Jiaotong Liverpool University,
and she has since begun her postgraduate studies in Performance Making at Goldsmiths, University of London.

Her work rationally satirizes the modern social illness caused by consumerism under the spectacle society,
while she grows up in the Internet environment and obsesses with material good.
The contradictory state of her personal experience is a central issue discussed in her work.

From the perspective of image and frames, Kaiyin Li connects the structures of space and the screens, creating new channels through them within film and performance.
Through experiments with the active and passive roles between the artist, the space, and the audience, she seeks answers in a humorous and ironic way.

Her work includes photography, experimental video, fiction and performance. She also works as a graphic designer.
